The 100kg welding positioner is a compact rotary welding turntable designed for circular workpieces. It rotates the workpiece at an adjustable constant speed, keeping the welding seam in the flat position at all times. This reduces welder fatigue while improving welding consistency and efficiency. It is a cost-effective auxiliary solution for girth welding, pipe and flange welding. Optional 3-jaw chuck and welding torch holder are available for a fully automatic welding setup.
