This 1-ton welding turning roll set consists of one drive roller unit and one idler roller unit. It is the ideal light-duty rotary equipment for loading and rotating cylindrical workpieces during ring seam welding. Widely used for hydraulic cylinder overlay repair, pipe and flange fabrication, thin-wall tank and small pressure vessel welding. It eliminates manual workpiece rotation, delivers consistent and uniform weld beads, and greatly improves workshop welding efficiency.
