Stop wasting time and budget on one-off custom welding jigs. The D16 3D Fabrication Table for Welding and Assembly Processes is a heavy-duty modular 3D fixturing system featuring a five-sided Φ16 H7 hole grid with 50 mm pitch. It allows you to rapidly reconfigure clamps, supports, and locators for different workpieces without re-machining fixtures.
Strict stress-relief treatment guarantees long-term stability, while optional nitriding protects the reference surface from weld splatter and abrasion. Ideal for multi-product small-batch fabrication, tube frame building, stainless assembly, and robotic welding. Multiple table dimensions, base frames, and complete D16 fixture packages can be tailored for your factory.

- D16 welding tables of the same specification can be joined with high precision. Using D16 connecting pins, two or more tables can be locked together to form a continuous grid pattern with perfectly aligned holes and consistent reference surfaces across all five sides.
- The system offers infinite expandability, allowing for the creation of exceptionally large platforms—exceeding 10 meters in length—ideal for the assembly and welding of long frames, profile structures, and large-scale components.
- Critical note on assembly: once the tables are joined, the overall flatness must be re-verified to ensure there are no height offsets (steps) at the joints.

- Rounded table edges prevent workplace injuries caused by sharp corners.
- Pre-drilled mounting holes on the platform allow direct attachment of welding fume extraction systems, robot bases, or welding positioners.
- Compatible with MAG/MIG and TIG manual welding, as well as robotic welding stations.
- Operating temperature: recommended range is -10°C to +60°C; avoid prolonged exposure to excessively high temperatures.
- Certifications: CE (EU Machinery Directive) and ISO9001; DIN-standard test reports available upon request.
- Warranty: Standard 12-month warranty covering defects in raw materials or machining precision. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from intentional overloading, plasma cutting, external impact, or deformation caused by high temperatures during welding.
- After-Sales Support: Online guidance for installation and precision re-verification is available; replacement parts can be purchased individually throughout the product's entire lifespan.
The primary differences lie in the manual stress-relief aging process and five-sided precision machining. Lower-priced tables often lack sufficient stress relief, causing the surface to gradually deform over time and lose its precision. We provide an inspection report with every unit, ensuring that the accuracy of each individual table has been fully verified.
Nitriding is highly recommended for high-volume welding operations involving significant spatter. For R&D, prototyping, or small-batch sampling, a standard machined finish is sufficient and more cost-effective.
The grid pattern has been mechanically optimized; as long as the table is not subjected to extreme point loading, it offers sufficient rigidity under a distributed load. The advantage of a dense grid is the greater variety of positioning points, making it easier to find support locations for smaller workpieces. For welding large, thick plates, we recommend our D28 welding tables.
It will not remain unchanged forever. With proper use—avoiding prolonged exposure to high temperatures and overloading—the precision can be maintained for several years. Under conditions involving heavy loads and continuous high temperatures, the precision may gradually degrade, necessitating periodic recalibration.
