The D28 welding table features a standardized, modular system: the table surface and four sides are equipped with standard 28mm holes, allowing for the rapid mounting of tooling—such as locking pins, positioning angles, clamps, support blocks, and V-blocks—without the need for custom-made fixtures.
Workpieces can be positioned, clamped, and assembled in 3D space (X, Y, and Z axes); a single table setup handles the welding of workpieces with diverse structural designs, significantly reducing tooling preparation time and making it ideal for high-mix, low-volume production.
All accessories are compatible with the universal D28 100×100 hole pattern and can be purchased separately:
- Positioning: D28 locking pins (quick-release/threaded), locating pins, positioning squares, right-angle positioning blocks, V-blocks (for round tubes), extended support posts, adjustable support pads
- Clamping: Quick-action clamps, screw clamps, horizontal/vertical clamps, bow-type clamping modules
- Extension: Extension plates, connecting pins (for joining multiple tables), angle adjusters, rotating fixture bases
A: No. Tabletop, reinforced frame and legs are shipped disassembled on fumigated pallets to save container space and avoid transport damage. Simple bolt assembly on site.

A: Nitrided surface forms a hard layer of HV550–900, providing anti-spatter properties, easy cleaning and long service life. Non-nitrided steel is lower cost, recommended for light to medium welding workload.
