The 3-ton self-aligning welding rotator is a widely used auxiliary welding machine designed for both outer and inner circumferential welding of cylindrical workpieces. Unlike ordinary adjustable rotators, its self-aligning structure allows the roller groups to automatically change angles to fit various pipe and tank diameters. Operators simply place the cylinder on the rollers without manually adjusting roller spacing. The machine keeps the workpiece centered and stable during rotation, preventing shifting. It reduces labor, stabilizes rotation speed, and improves welding quality. It is ideal for medium-sized tanks, pipes, heat exchangers, and pressure vessel fabrication.
