ZFH1000 longitudinal seam welding machine is an automatic dedicated welding equipment for straight butt seam of cylinder and sheet metal. The effective welding length reaches 1000mm. It adopts PLC + touch screen control, pneumatic clamping and servo driving system. Support TIG, MIG, MAG welding process. Widely used for stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet and aluminum alloy cylinder, water tank, air duct and barrel production. Weld seam is smooth, low deformation, stable and continuous running for mass production. CE certified, we support custom modification according to workpiece dimension.
