The D28 3D Welding Fixture Table with 100mm Hole Grid Pitch is a universal modular welding fixture system. Equipped with 100mm grid pitch and Φ28mm H7 precision holes on the top and four side faces, it supports 3-dimensional workpiece clamping. With optional nitriding surface treatment and strict stress relief process, it maintains stable precision under heavy welding loads. All D28 standard accessories can be freely combined to quickly build custom fixtures for frames, chassis and structural parts.

- D28 / 100mm Welding Table: Heavy-duty fixturing. Features larger hole diameters and highly rigid accessories; suitable for thick plates, large frames, construction machinery, rail transport equipment, and structural steelwork. Offers high load-bearing capacity and efficient positioning for large components due to the wider grid spacing.
- D16 / 50mm Welding Table: Lightweight, precision fixturing. Features smaller holes and a denser grid; suitable for sheet metal and small frames, offering finer adjustment and positioning capabilities.
D28 and D16 accessories are not directly interchangeable.
