This 300kg welding positioner is designed for medium-small workpiece welding. It features 360° continuous rotation and 0-90° tilting capability, converting overhead and vertical welds into comfortable flat down-hand welding positions. This significantly reduces weld defects, decreases labor intensity, and improves welding quality. Suitable for flanges, pipe-flange assemblies, heads, pump housings, box-shaped and irregular fabrications. Compatible with manual welding and supports linkage with welding manipulators or welding robots as external axis.
