Product Overview
This 10-ton adjustable welding rotator consists of one drive unit and one idler unit. The center distance between roller groups can be adjusted by bolts or lead-screw to adapt workpieces of different lengths and diameters. It is ideal for rotating cylindrical workpieces during girth welding, assembly and polishing. Compared with self-aligning type, adjustable turning rolls support extra-long workpieces by setting wide roller span, making them perfect for mixed-batch tank fabrication workshops.
