Thanks to its 5-sided D28 hole-grid system, full range of compatible clamping accessories and optional Grade-0 / Grade-1 flatness grades, users can achieve repeatable positioning accuracy for large-size frames, engineering machinery components and robot-assisted welding processes.

- Base Material Cutting: HT300 cast iron casting / Q355 steel plate cutting, with thickened and reinforced bottom ribs to ensure resistance to deformation.
- Artificial Aging Treatment: High-temperature stress relief eliminates casting/welding internal stress, preventing warping and deformation of the worktable during later use, which is crucial for long-term precision stability.
- CNC Five-Sided Milling: Top surface + four sides are machined in one operation, ensuring hole spacing tolerance ±0.05mm and working surface perpendicularity ≤0.1mm/200mm.
- Ion Nitriding: 0.25-0.5mm nitrided surface layer, hardness HV550-950; anti-weld slag adhesion, wear-resistant and rust-proof.
- Precision Inspection: Laser tracker / coordinate measuring machine for flatness and hole position accuracy inspection, with a measurement protocol provided. Inspection reports are provided with export orders.
- Lifting D28 Welding Table: Equipped with a hydraulic lifting base, the table height is adjustable to accommodate workers of different heights or robots of varying heights.
- Tilting D28 Fixture: The entire worktable tilts, allowing for multi-angle welding of workpieces in a single clamping operation, reducing secondary clamping errors.
- D28 Rotary Platform: The table surface can rotate for welding and assembling ring-shaped workpieces.
- Conversion Adapter: D28 to D22/D16 connector, compatible with small-sized fixtures, but overall rigidity is reduced, unsuitable for heavy loads.
- Table Protective Cover: Covers the mesh holes when not in use to prevent dust and welding slag.

A: Yes. Custom dimensions, special flatness requirements and customized fixture kits are acceptable. Custom orders require longer production lead-time.

A: Yes. Please select Grade-0 flatness ≤0.05 mm/1000 mm. The robot base shall be independently installed on separate foundation to avoid vibration transfer to the welding table.
A: HT300 cast iron has better thermal stability and vibration damping. Q355 steel is more impact-resistant but more sensitive to local concentrated welding heat. Both have completed stress-relieving aging treatment.
A: Yes, CE declaration of conformity is available. Third-party inspection is acceptable upon customer's request.
