  3. CNC Five-Sided Milling: Top surface + four sides are machined in one operation, ensuring hole spacing tolerance ±0.05mm and working surface perpendicularity ≤0.1mm/200mm.
  4. Ion Nitriding: 0.25-0.5mm nitrided surface layer, hardness HV550-950; anti-weld slag adhesion, wear-resistant and rust-proof.
