D16 3D Welding Table in workshop environment

Built for daily-use metal fabrication and in-house maintenance workshops, the D16 3D Welding Table is a full five-sided modular flexible welding fixture solution. Equipped with Φ16 mm H7 precision reamed holes on a dense 50×50 mm grid pattern, it supports multi-angle positioning, clamping, welding and assembly without expensive custom tooling.

With stress-relieved base material and plasma-nitrided working surfaces, the table maintains consistent flatness while resisting welding spatter, scratches and regular workshop abrasion. Fully interoperable with standard D16 fixture sets, it drastically cuts fixture setup time for prototypes, small-batch runs and equipment repair tasks. Multiple units can be joined together to expand the working surface for larger-dimension workpieces.
