Product Introduction
This 2m×2m welding manipulator (column and boom) is automatic welding auxiliary equipment for tank, vessel and pipe fabrication. With an effective lifting stroke of 2000mm and boom extension stroke of 2000mm, it supports submerged‑arc welding, MIG and TIG welding processes. When cooperated with welding rotator or welding positioner, it completes longitudinal seam and circumferential seam automatic welding for cylindrical workpieces. Equipped with VFD stepless speed regulation and stable transmission system, it ensures smooth travelling and accurate gun positioning. Widely applied in pressure vessel, chemical equipment, pipeline and steel structure manufacturing workshops.
