The D16 Welding Table for Precision Metal Joining and Repairs is a 3D modular welding workbench featuring Φ16 mm locating holes in a 50×50 mm grid. Equipped with a plasma‑nitrided anti‑spatter surface and five working faces, it supports flexible fixturing for precision metal joining, part repairing, sheet‑metal fabrication and prototype production. All matching clamping accessories are specially designed for this D16 system.

Support System
- Tabletop Delivery Status: The tabletop is a single CNC-machined finished product, requiring no splicing; simply bolt the support legs to the bottom of the tabletop. The entire installation takes 30-60 minutes.
- Support Leg Options:
- Standard Adjustable Support Legs: Each leg has a ±50mm adjustment range; the platform can be adjusted to accommodate uneven ground; single leg load capacity is 900-1000kg
- Support Legs with Brakes: The worktable is movable, suitable for changing workstations in the workshop
- Hydraulic Lifting Support Legs: Electric/manual lifting to change the worktable height
- Heavy-Duty Frame Base: For large tabletops, providing greater overall rigidity
- Leveling Operation: After installation, use a level to adjust the feet at the bottom of the support legs to level the tabletop; it is recommended to check the flatness annually with a laser level
- Expansion and Connection: Multiple D16 welding tables can be connected using splicing plates to form a larger worktable, suitable for welding large frames and long components
