Built with standard D28 hole system (Φ28 mm holes, 100×100 mm grid), this complete package consists of the main welding table and full-range 3D clamp accessories. With holes available on the top and four side panels, it supports 3-dimensional positioning and clamping for large-size heavy workpieces. It removes the cost of custom-made welding jigs, perfectly suited for engineering machinery, chassis fabrication and steel structure workshops with high-mix, low-volume production.

- Three-dimensional flexible tooling: The table and four sides are all perforated, allowing workpieces to be positioned and clamped in three directions (X, Y, and Z). It enables tilting and multi-angle welding without the need for dedicated welding molds; product modifications only require adjusting the fixture position, saving on mold costs.
- High precision: CNC machined for high flatness and perpendicularity, minimizing welding deformation. It can also serve as an assembly and inspection platform.
- Nitrided surface: Resistant to welding spatter, wear-resistant, and not easily damaged by electric arcs.
- Modular expansion: Multiple units can be combined to produce larger workpieces; fixture accessories can be continuously added.
- Locating pin (D28 locking pin): Inserted into the table hole for reference positioning.
- Right-angle locating block / 90° angle block: Vertically positions the workpiece.
- Adjustable angle block: Positions at any angle from 0-180°.
- Support pad block, height adjustment block: Z-axis height adjustment.
- Quick clamping fixture (C-clamp, manual clamp): Clamps the workpiece.
- Extension rod, connecting block: Expands the tooling position.
- Locking bolt, nut: Secures all tooling components.
The entire set of components can be combined at any hole position on the top surface and four sides of the welding table to achieve three-dimensional clamping. No welding tooling mold is required; changing the workpiece only requires rearranging the fixtures.
- Clean welding slag after each use with a copper spatula/wire brush. Never use an angle grinder to polish the worktable.
- Regularly check the wear of the locating pins. Worn pins can cause positioning errors; it is recommended to check every 6 months.
- For long-term shutdowns, apply anti-rust oil to the worktable.
- Perform welding table precision calibration every 1-2 years. Localized wear on the worktable can be repaired by scraping.
- Never drop workpieces directly onto the worktable to avoid localized dents and deformation.
