The 4040 column & boom welding manipulator is heavy-duty automatic welding equipment featuring a 4m vertical lifting stroke and 4m horizontal telescopic stroke. - Rigid Box-type Structure: Column and boom feature box welded construction with stress-relief annealing treatment. Precision ground guide rail ensures smooth boom extension and retraction with minimal vibration during continuous welding operations.
- VFD Variable-speed Control: Boom telescopic speed adjustable from 120-1200 mm/min with stepless lifting speed adjustment. Stable running speed guarantees consistent weld formation. Includes wireless remote pendant for convenient on-site operation.
- High Compatibility & Linkage Function: Electrically links with welding rotators and positioners for synchronous welding motion. Supports SAW, MIG, CO₂, and TIG welding power sources from mainstream brands. Maximum load capacity of 200kg at boom end accommodates heavy welding heads and oscillation devices.
