Product Overview
The 2×2M welding manipulator is a light-duty cross-arm automatic welding equipment, widely applied for boiler, pressure vessel, pipe, and steel-structure workshop applications. It completes longitudinal seam and circumferential seam welding for cylindrical workpieces. Working together with welding rotator, welding positioner, and MIG/TIG/SAW welding sources, it forms a complete automatic welding cell. Frequency-conversion stepless speed ensures stable boom lifting and traversing, low vibration, and high reposition accuracy. Optional welding oscillator, arc voltage tracking, and wireless remote control are available to realize stable automatic welding and enhance workshop production efficiency.
