Our 1.5×1.5 m column & boom welding manipulator, also known as welding cross-arm machine, is compact automatic welding auxiliary equipment. It features a vertical lifting stroke of 1500 mm and horizontal boom extension stroke of 1500 mm. This manipulator is widely matched with welding rotators and positioners to realize automatic girth welding and longitudinal welding for tanks, pressure vessels, and cylindrical workpieces.
This manipulator adopts heavy-duty welded column-boom structure with stress-relief treatment. Inverter stepless speed regulation ensures stable boom movement. It supports SAW, MIG/MAG, TIG and plasma welding processes. PLC control box and wireless remote controller are available for convenient on-site operation. The compact footprint makes it ideal for medium-small workshop production lines.
