The D28 3D flexible welding table is a heavy-duty modular tooling platform designed for pipe assembly and heavy steel structure processing. The table surface and all four sides are machined with Φ28mm precision positioning holes, enabling multi-angle clamping and positioning of workpieces in three-dimensional space. It eliminates the need for expensive specialized welding jigs, allowing for rapid tooling switching to adapt to different workpieces. The high-load-bearing, nitrided, wear-resistant table surface is suitable for both manual welding and docking with robotic welding workstations, and is widely used for the assembly and welding of pipe flanges, H-beams, trusses, and heavy machine frames.

- Main wear areas: Φ28 hole openings. Frequent insertion and removal of the locking pins will cause the hole openings to wear slowly, resulting in decreased positioning accuracy
- Prohibited actions:
- Do not weld directly on the worktable, as the high temperature will burn the nitrided coating
- Do not grind the worktable with an angle grinder
- Do not subject the worktable to heavy impacts
- Hole wear repair: Minor wear can be repaired by replacing the locating pins; severe wear requires re-boring at the factory
