D28 Modular Welding Table in industrial setting

Built to meet demanding industrial precision requirements, our D28 Modular Welding Table delivers robust performance for heavy-duty welding, assembly and dimensional inspection. Adopting the international System28 standard with Φ28 mm hole grid, this table undergoes full five-sided CNC machining, stress-relief treatment and plasma nitriding surface finishing. Boasting superior flatness, high rigidity and anti-spatter durability, it supports multi-table splicing and works seamlessly with global System28 clamping accessories. Perfect for robot welding stations, engineering machinery, frame production and large-scale steel structure fabrication.

Countertop Structural Design Details
  • Five-hole system structure: The top surface and four sides (front, back, left, and right) all have D28 holes. Corner blocks and support blocks can be installed on the sides to achieve vertical and inclined tooling for workpieces, not just flat welding.
  • Splicing interface: The table surface has pre-drilled splicing positioning holes on the sides. Multiple D28 welding tables can be seamlessly spliced using positioning pins and bolts to achieve an extra-large working surface. The overall flatness remains consistent after splicing, suitable for extra-long frames and large steel structure workpieces.
  • Uniform table thickness of 25mm: Thickened plate material combined with back reinforcement provides a static load capacity of 5-10 tons. Direct flame cutting on the table surface is strictly prohibited, as it will burn the nitrided layer and cause localized deformation.

Support Type Applicable Working Conditions
Standard Adjustable Foot Support (Fixed Leg) Most commonly used. Equipped with level-adjustable foot pads for tabletop levelling. Recommended for heavy-duty welding. Can be fitted with chemical anchor bolts to secure to the ground and prevent vibration-caused displacement.
Hydraulic Lifting Support Adjustable working height to suit different workpieces and ergonomic requirements. Higher cost.
Caster With Brake Mobile design. Not suitable for heavy-load applications. Total load capacity approx. 1 ton, only for light-weight small-part workstations.
