D16 16mm Hole System Modular Welding Fixture Table Kit is a complete 3-dimensional flexible workholding solution for precision metal fabrication and welding operations. Built around the Φ16 mm H7-tolerance hole system with 50×50 mm high-density grid, this full kit delivers repeatable positioning accuracy up to ±0.05 mm across the full five-sided machined tabletop (top plus four side faces).

Supplied with table body, adjustable support legs, and full range of modular clamping & locating fixtures, it eliminates high costs for custom-built dedicated jigs. Operation Guidelines
  • The D16 system features a 50mm grid pattern with high hole density; localized heating of the tabletop causes concentrated thermal expansion. When welding thick plates, avoid keeping high-temperature weld seams in prolonged contact with the tabletop surface.
  • Do not strike an arc directly on the tabletop surface, as this causes ablation of the surface and the inner walls of the positioning holes, leading to hole ovality and increased positioning clearance; always use grounding blocks or copper backing plates to isolate the workpiece from the tabletop.
  • Uniform load capacity: The D16 welding table performs well under uniform loads; however, heavy point loads are strictly prohibited, as they can cause localized depressions and permanent loss of flatness.
  • Thermal error: Do not measure dimensions immediately after high-temperature welding; allow the workpiece to cool to room temperature before re-measuring.
