This 1-ton industrial welding positioner adopts heavy-duty worm gear reduction + frequency conversion drive system. It realizes dual-axis horizontal rotation and electric tilting of medium-large workpieces (max load 1000kg).
By rotating cylindrical workpieces uniformly, hard-to-operate vertical/overhead welding is transformed into easy flat welding, greatly improving weld seam uniformity and production efficiency. The integrated self-locking tilting mechanism locks any angle steadily without sliding, compatible with MIG, TIG, submerged arc welding and automatic welding manipulators.
Widely used for stainless steel food tanks, small pressure vessels, pipeline flanges, environmental equipment barrels and metal structural parts batch welding.
