Our 10 Ton Tank Turning Rolls, also known as welding rotators, are designed to rotate cylindrical vessels for girth welding, assembly, and polishing operations. Each set includes one drive unit and one idler unit, providing even 10-ton load bearing capacity.
Featuring a self-aligning structure, these turning rolls automatically adapt to various tank diameters without manual roller adjustment. Equipped with VFD speed control and wear-resistant PU rollers, they deliver stable, slip-free rotation suitable for SAW, MIG, and TIG welding applications.
