This 10-ton self-adjustable welding rotator is core automatic equipment for medium-large cylindrical workpieces. The left and right roller sets automatically adjust center distance to adapt different tank, boiler and pipe diameters without manual adjustment. It supports seamless circumferential welding, replaces frequent crane lifting and manual turnover, greatly improves workshop efficiency and ensures uniform welding bead quality. Widely applied in pressure vessel factories, boiler workshops, chemical tank fabrication and pipeline processing plants.
One-button electric synchronous adjustment fits workpieces Φ500-3200mm automatically. No crane or extra staff to move roller stands, saving much setup time for mixed-size tanks.
Robust frame + hard worm reducer with variable frequency speed control. Smooth rotation 0.1-1m/min without shake or slip under full 10t load, reducing weld rework.
Standard rubber rollers: prevent scratches on stainless steel tanks. Optional solid steel rollers: resist high heat for long-term submerged arc welding on carbon steel boilers.
Digital cabinet with emergency stop, forward/reverse and speed memory. Optional wireless remote control. Supports linkage with longitudinal seam welders for automated production lines.
