The D28 Heavy Duty Precision Welding Table is a professional modular 3D welding fixture system designed for heavy industrial fabrication, structural steel welding, mechanical assembly, and robotic welding stations. Built with industrial-grade cast iron or high-strength steel box structure, this D28 jig table delivers ultra-high flatness, extreme load capacity, and full 3D clamping flexibility to replace traditional custom welding jigs. It is widely adopted by steel fabrication factories, machinery workshops, new energy manufacturing, and vocational training centers worldwide.
Compared with ordinary welding plates, the D28 modular system eliminates repeated jig making, reduces production errors, improves welding consistency, and drastically shortens setup and changeover time for batch production.

Product Parameters
Aspect Cast Iron Q355 (Structural Steel)
Material Category Iron-carbon alloy with high carbon content (2-4%), produced by casting. Low-alloy high-strength structural steel (GB/T 1591-2018), produced by rolling/forging.
Common Types Gray Iron, Ductile Iron. Replaces the old grade Q345.
Key Composition High carbon (2-4%), high silicon (1-3%), low manganese (0.1-1%). Low carbon (≤0.24%), low silicon (≤0.55%), manganese (1.0-1.6%), with microalloys (Nb, V, Ti).
Mechanical Properties - Tensile Strength: 120-400 MPa (low) - Tensile Strength: ≥355 MPa (actual: 470-630 MPa)
- Brittle, low toughness - High toughness, impact resistance
- High hardness (HB 150-300) - Moderate hardness (HB 130-180)
- Poor weldability. - Excellent weldability.
Manufacturing Process Casting (molten metal poured into molds). Ideal for complex shapes. Hot/cold rolling, forging. Easy to cut, weld, and machine.
Applications Engine blocks, machine tool bases, pipes, cookware (e.g., cast iron pans). Structural frameworks (buildings, bridges), ships, pressure vessels, machinery.
Advantages Cost-effective, wear-resistant, good vibration damping. High strength-to-weight ratio, ductile, suitable for dynamic loads.
Limitations Brittle, difficult to machine post-casting. Requires corrosion protection in harsh environments.
Surface Treatment
