Materials and Surface Treatment
Main Material
Tabletop and side panels are constructed from Q355 low-alloy high-strength steel featuring an integrated welded structure with reinforcing ribs. The underside is densely ribbed to resist deformation caused by high welding temperatures.
Standard Surface Finishes
Nitrided (Premium Model): Ion-nitrided working surface with hardness of HRC 45-52 (HV 450-630); offers excellent wear resistance, protection against weld spatter burn-in, and rust prevention.
Standard Shot-Blasted & Painted (Economy Model): Underside is shot-blasted to remove sand and relieve stress; surface is coated with anti-rust black paint.
Stress Relief Treatment
After rough machining of the steel plate blanks, the entire unit undergoes stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal welding stresses, ensuring no warping during long-term use and maintaining lasting, stable precision.
