The HJ10×10 Internal External Seam Welding Manipulator is designed for heavy-duty cylinder and pipeline fabrication with vertical and horizontal coverage of 10 meters each. This automated welding system precisely delivers and moves the welding torch along weld seams to achieve high-quality automated welding.
Welding Capabilities
- Longitudinal Seam Welding: Cross arm extension and retraction completes straight welds on cylinders or plates
- Circumferential Seam Welding: Workpiece rotation using welding rollers or positioner completes circumferential welds
- Inner and Outer Seam Welding: Cross arm extends into cylinders for inner seams and retracts for outer seams
- Multi-Station Coverage: Trolley movement and column rotation enable coverage of multiple workshop stations
