The High-Quality Mobile Welding Dust Collector achieves purification through negative pressure suction and multi-stage filtration technology. The process is as follows:
- Source Capture: A built-in high-pressure fan creates strong negative pressure at the omnidirectional suction arm hood, directly drawing in welding fumes and dust
- Safety Protection: A built-in flame arrestor/flame screen at the air inlet intercepts welding sparks and high-temperature molten slag, preventing fire hazards
- Gravity Settling: Fumes enter the settling chamber; coarse particles (≥5μm) fall into the bottom ash hopper due to gravity, achieving initial separation
- High-Efficiency Filtration: Fine particles (≤0.3μm) are carried by the airflow into the PTFE membrane filter cartridge, achieving a filtration accuracy of 0.1-0.3μm and a purification efficiency of ≥99.9%
